I approach supervision relationally. We collaborate to build a container that fits your needs, your theory, and where you are in your development. No matter your background, I want you to feel safe bringing your full, messy self into sessions. I'll be a human in the room, and I hope you'll feel safe being one too. I'm curious and direct, organized and adaptable. Supervisees share that they leave sessions feeling more equipped and clear instead of buried in more questions. The most important part of our work will be attending to your Self-as-therapist and your internal experience as a clinician. We'll work on case conceptualization, diagnostic thinking, and clinical decision-making alongside the relational and intersubjective dimensions of your work. I draw on IFS, AEDP, and ACT — all available as supports or deep dives. I have specialized experience supporting associates with neurodivergent clients, grief and loss, queer and trans identity, and religious trauma.

About My Supervision Practice
Expectations for Supervisees
Supervisee Expectations: Be willing to show up as a full human in the room - all the messiness, imperfection, humor, tenderness that comes with it. Be honest about the cases, questions, and internal dynamics you’re struggling with — this is where meaningful supervision begins. Stay on top of your licensure requirements and know when your renewal date is approaching. Know your boards expectations of associates in your state and stay on top of them. Use your full professional title — Professional Counselor Associate or Marriage and Family Therapist Associate — on all written materials (email signature, website, directories, marketing, etc.), as required by the Board. (This does not apply to Washington and California based associate clinicians). Include my name and credentials on all professional materials where your title appears (not required in California). Keep notes from our supervision sessions and maintain a record of what we’ve discussed throughout your associate years. Come to supervision with intention — bring cases, questions, or reflections to help guide our time and support your growth. Submit payment for supervision on the day of each appointment.
