I am a real-talk therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering private-pay therapy and consulting services through Anchored in Essence Therapy & Consulting Inc., serving clients throughout Oregon. My practice is rooted in depth, clarity, and honest conversation. I help individuals, couples, and families slow down, understand themselves more fully, and work through patterns that have kept them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, boundary challenges, burnout, or major life transitions and are looking for therapy that goes beyond surface-level coping skills. I also provide court-mandated therapy, court-ordered classes, and forensic evaluations when clinically appropriate and within scope of practice. I am intentional about maintaining clear boundaries, ethical documentation, and role clarity when working with court-involved or system-adjacent clients. Anchored in Essence operates on a self-pay (private pay) model, allowing for increased confidentiality, flexibility, and depth in care without the limitations of insurance-driven treatment. Services are offered through virtual, in-person, and nature-based therapy sessions, depending on client needs and fit. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and non-judgmental. I support clients in building emotional awareness, strengthening self-trust, improving communication, and creating meaningful, sustainable change through therapy that is honest, grounded, and intentional.
