I’ve had two events in my life that led to PTSD diagnoses, and some of the closest people in my life have battled depressive disorders. I’m a parent of several children and understand the serious challenge that parenting is, and I get what it’s like to carry additional burdens at that time. I’ve been worked through my own spiritual crises while balancing what I know I believe in. And I’ve had those times where things just can’t go right and it seems like they never will.
