About

As a seasoned clinician, I specialize in helping you discover and transform any underlying belief legacies that can create barriers to personal growth and well-being. In addition to practicing Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic therapy, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in my Eugene office. KAP dosing sessions are thoughtfully integrated into a comprehensive therapeutic process that includes preparation and integration sessions, designed to maximize the benefits of enhanced neuroplasticity and deepen lasting change.

During this time, we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and explore what feels most supportive for you moving forward. I offer in-person sessions in my Eugene office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, and telehealth sessions on Wednesdays. Please note that I’m not available for sessions on Thursdays or weekends.
