Therapist Associate (PC Associate / MFT Associate) — Paid Internship / Associate Position

Overview

Nourish Wellness and Counseling Center based in Corvallis, OR is seeking a Therapist Associate (PC Associate or MFT Associate) who is completing post-graduate supervised hours toward licensure. This is a paid, supervised role providing psychotherapy to clients while receiving high-quality clinical supervision, consultation, and administrative support. Full or Part time (18 or less client hours) is offered.

Compensation and Supervision: 

• % split of collected session revenue (insurance reimbursement varies by payer).
• Supervision included  (weekly required for licensure hours).
• Office space included for in-person sessions.
• Offsite Supervision and offsite location welcomed

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals / couples / families (based on licensure track and training)
• Complete intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and mandated reporting
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with outside providers as needed
• Participate in supervision and consultation meetings
• Maintain an organized caseload and communicate scheduling needs with the admin team
