If you enjoy a lot of autonomy in your work, but like the idea of colleagues close by and a business team that takes care of the details of being successful, we are ready to add one more therapist to our small but experienced team.

This position is open to Oregon licensed (or licensed by September 2026) PhDs, PsyDs, LCSWs, LPCs or LMFTs and someone that is open to seeing children as young as 5 at least 25% of the time. Applegate offers a full suite of therapist specialties that serve all ages, and we think therapists often do their best work when their client load has a mix of specialties. As a community-driven team, we see the most need in behavioral health for children and families.

You will be provided with the tools you need to focus on your strengths, as well as the support you need to build the kind of practice that makes the most of your strengths. With over 100 years of combined experience in therapy around you, in an environment that is comfortable for you and your clients, backed by experienced business professionals, your ability to grow, flourish, and serve the needs of our community are ready and waiting.

A full suite of health/dental/retirement benefits are provided to all full-time staff, and your schedule is set by you so you can design your days and weeks as you need them. All office expenses are covered by Applegate, and with a centrally-located building close to the U of O with ADA access, we have spaces set apart for art and play therapy.

We have group contracts with more insurance companies than most practices, giving you in-network status and access to more clients with secure payment methods. We’ll help you through the credentialing/recredentialing process and negotiate contract rates with experience, all the while giving you complete transparency into the business details of your practice.
