No. The Oregon Therapist does not provide crisis services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please do not email us or one of our listed providers about a crisis. If in immediate need please go to your nearest emergency room, or call 911. You can also receive support by calling the crisis line at 988. 

No, at this time counseling students and providers who are not registered with the state of Oregon will not be able to join our directory or private provider community. We are only able to add mental health providers, group practices, agencies and treatment center’s that are registered with the state of Oregon and who are able to provide proof of state registration or licensure. If you are licensed or registered in another state and are awaiting to get licensed in Oregon, you will have to wait until you are fully registered with Oregon, to be eligible to join the directory and community. 

No. You will only be able to join our directory and community if you are a mental health provider, agency or treatment center, registered or licensed in the state of Oregon and practicing in Oregon. 

Any business with openings in Oregon that wants to advertise a mental health related job can join one of our job memberships. This includes recruiters. 

Any mental health provider who is enrolled in our Mental Health Directory membership or Treatment Center & Agency Membership is eligible to submit blog entries for possible site submission. Those who are only a member of the Private Provider Community,  Provider Referral Group or one of the job memberships are not eligible to submit a blog article.

We do not provide directory listings for coaches. You must be a licensed agency, treatment center or associate or licensed mental health professional in the state of Oregon, to be eligible to list your practice on our directory.
